Terms of Services
please read before requesting
General
∘ I have the right to refuse any order that I do not feel comfortable doing. if I am unable to take your commission, you will be notified as soon as possible
∘ All WIPs will be posted on social media unless NDA is requested (NDA requires a 10% of total price)Workflow
Art and rig packages
1. Client's existing concept art/reference sheet will be reviewed.
2. Once accepted and payment received, draft of the vtuber will be made.
3. Draft will be sent to client for reviewing. Once approved, vtuber art will begin.
4. Upon completion, vtuber model art will be sent to client for final review before rigging.
5. Rigging will begin once client approves the vtuber model art.
6. Vtuber Model art and Live2D rigging files(except .cmo3) will be sent once all payment is completed.Rigging
1. The client must provide a rig-ready PSD.
2. PSD files will be reviewed to ensure they are optimised for rigging(communication with model artist might be necessary during this phase)
3. Once all files are reviewed and ready, rigging will begin when upfront payment is received.
4. All Live2D rigging files(except .cmo3) will be sent once all payment is completed.Rights and Usage
All commissions include the following commercial rights
∘ The right to monetize and/or sell digital content created with the work
∘ The right to use the work in advertising
∘ The right to sell physical merchandise with images taken from the work
∘ You are permitted to get the art re-rigged (Please inform me before getting it re-rigged)
You are NOT permitted to
∘ trace the art for any publicity purposes
∘ re-sell the completed work without my permission.
∘ distribute copies of the completed work without my permission
∘ use my work for generative AI in any medium
∘ use my work and claim it as yours
∘ create or sell any NFTs relating to my workRevisions
∘ Minor revisions or any error on my part will be free.
∘ Up to 2 major revisions can be made. Additional major revisions may incur an extra charge. Please provide enough references to avoid this
∘ All minor or major revisions will be charged accordingly after the final commission file has been given.Payment
∘ A non-refundable $50 deposit will be requested after reviewing and accepting your commission.
∘ Payment Plans:100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.
∘ All works will only begin after any form of upfront payment is received.Cancellation and Refunds
∘ Deposits are non-refundable (Deposits cover reviewing of art)
∘ Full refunds (except deposit) are available if the commissions have not been started.
∘ 50% refunds (except deposit) if less than half is completed.
∘ No refunds after the work is completed or halfway doneDelivery
∘ Commission duration varies from 1 month to 3 months depending on factors such as health, complexity of the commission, etc. If there is any delay from the estimated delivery time, you will be informed ASAP.
∘ All necessary files will only be sent upon receiving 100% payment.
∘ All the necessary files to run the project in any program that accepts Live2D will be sent by ZIP file via email.
∘ For rigging commissions, I will guide you through the set up of the model on vtuber studio if requested.
∘ I will create a simple showcase video(will be provided for free if requested)
∘ Rigging file (.cmo3) will not be part of the delivery unless requested with reason.Communication
∘ Communication will be done mainly via Twitter/Discord/Email.

∘ モデルは外部サイト（Twitter、YouTube、VGEN）でのサンプルとして使用されます。全ての公開が不可の場合、追加料金を頂く場合があります（お見積もり金額の10%）。制作の流れ
すべての依頼はVGENを通じて受け付けます。
VチューバーとLive2Dモデリングキャラクターデザインをご用意ください。
∘ 依頼を受ける場合、手数料を頂いた後にモデルのドラフトを作成します。
∘ ドラフトが完成した後、ご依頼者様に確認していただきます。問題がなければ、モデルのイラストを開始します。
∘ モデルのイラストが完成した後、再度ご依頼者様に確認していただきます。
問題がなければ、モデリングを開始します。
∘すべての手数料を頂いた後、Vチューバーのイラストとモデリングファイル（.cmo3以外）をお送りします。Live2Dモデリング
∘ ご依頼者様はパーツ分けされたモデルイラスト（.PSD形式）をご用意ください。
∘ イラストファイルを確認します（イラストレーター様の名前とSNSアカウントをお知らせください。イラストに問題がある場合は、イラストレーター様に連絡します）。
∘ 手数料を頂いた後、全てのファイルに問題がなければモデリングを開始します。
すべての手数料を頂いた後、Live2Dモデリング関連の全てのファイル（.cmo3以外）をお送りします。イラスト・モデルの使用について
∘ イラストはVtuber活動、動画作品、TwitterやSNSのアイコンやヘッダーなど、自由にご利用いただけます。
∘ VtuberとしてSNS等で活動する際には、プロフィールや動画の概要欄に、作者名の表記をお願いいたします。商用利用について
∘ Vtuber活動での収益化による利益は全てご購入者様のものとなります。
∘ キャラクターを使用したグッズ制作については、別途相談が必要です。
∘ PSD、PNG、JPGデータなどの納品データそのもの、またはデータの一部が含まれる商品を再配布や販売することは許可が必要です。
∘ 犯罪行為、公序良俗に反する行為や目的での使用は禁止します。
∘ 成人向けコンテンツへの利用についてはご相談ください。
∘ データを改変して他のVtuberキャラクター制作に転用することは禁止します。
∘ AI作品やNFT関連の制作に転用することは禁止します。リテイクについて
∘ 小さな修正や私のエラーに関しては、無料で修正を承ります。
∘ リテイクは無料で最大2回まで対応可能です。それ以降は、1回につき手数料が発生します。
∘ 依頼終了後の修正には、手数料がかかります。お支払いについて
∘ 予約金（着手金：USD $50）をお振込みいただいた後、予約確定となります。
∘ いかなる理由でも、着手金の返金は致しかねます。
∘ 支払い方法：100%前払いまたは前払い50%、完成時50%
∘ すべての作業は、前払金を受け取ってから開始されます。キャンセルと払い戻しについて
∘ 予約金は返金できません。
∘ 依頼が開始されていない場合、全額払い戻し（予約金を除く）します。
∘ 完成度が半分に満たない場合、50%の払い戻し（予約金を除く）を行います。
∘ 作品が完成した後、または半分以上完成した後の返金はできません。完成した納品について
∘ 依頼の完成期間は1ヶ月から3ヶ月で変動します。納期が遅れる場合は、速やかにご連絡いたします。
∘ すべての必要なファイルは、100%のお支払いをいただいてからお送りします。
∘ Live2Dが使用できるプログラムでプロジェクトを実行するために必要なファイルはすべて、ZIPファイルでメールにてお送りします。
∘ Live2Dモデリングの依頼について、ご要望があれば、Vtuber Studioでモデルのセットアップを指導します。
∘ 簡単なショーケースクリップを作成し、無料でお送りすることができます。
∘ Live2Dモデリングファイル（.cmo3）は理由がない限り、納品物の一部には含まれません。連絡について
∘ 連絡はTwitter、Discord、メールで行います。
